The \u201cSafety\u201d Energy Lock #22 (SEL 22) is located in the middle below the collarbone (clavicle) in a hollow and came into the universe meaning complete.<\/p>\n

All my miseries are results of: I am ignorant of MYSELF. KNOW MYSELF IT IS.<\/p>\n

SEL 22 helps against mental, emotional, digestive and physical tension \/ stress. (Selfhelp Book 2, page 55, by Mary Burmeister)<\/p>\n

SEL 22 is the last step of the Spleen Function Energy Flow which is very important to dissolve allergies.<\/p>\n

SEL 22 is located\u00a0 in the area of the throat chakra and is responsible for the reception of words and thoughts that harmonize old belief systems.<\/p>\n

“As one of the master numbers, 22 is very powerful. Is is the harmonizer of all of the 144,000 functions that come together there to rest for awhile. The SEL 22 is the crossroad of the respiratory function. Mary told us that when SELs 11 and 22 are clear, one cannot have any virus.” (by Philomena Dooley: “0-26, Excerpts of the Main Central”, p. 107)<\/p>\n

Just quietly hold the left and right centers of the collarbone (clavicle) to harmonize the SEL 22<\/p>\n
